The components.

1- Cut the onion into medium pieces.
2- Cut meat and sausages into long strips at least ~3mm thick so that there is room to bite into.
3- Cut the pickled cucumber into medium cubes.
4- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
5- Cut the potatoes into medium cubes.
6- Boil about 1L of water.
7- Pour oil into the pan and heat.
8- First, fry the onions until they are slightly golden.
9- Add the meat, sausage and fry everything.
10- Then add the cucumber and carrot and fry, stirring well every now and then, until the carrot is orangey
11- Add tomato sauce or whatever you choose and stir everything well, put the lid on and heat for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
12- Transfer everything from the pan to a pot, add water, and bring to a boil over medium heat.
13- When it starts to bubble, add the potatoes and cook until the potatoes are done.
14- When everything is ready, leave it for 3-4 minutes to let the food calms down.
