Ingredients

  • Can of canned tuna in its own juice ~75g.
  • Two eggs.
  • Salt to taste.
  • Half a teaspoon of ground black pepper, or to taste.
  • Pinch of chili flakes.
  • Clove of garlic.
  • One medium onion.
  • Olive oil.
  • Grated Mozzarella cheese, according to taste, the cheese can also be different.

  • Squeeze all the liquid from the fish.

  • Hit the egg in a bowl and add the tuna.

  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper, chili flakes and rub garlic.

  • Hit the second egg and mix everything well.

  • Cut the onion into slices and put it in a heated pan with oil and fry it until it becomes translucent.

  • Add the prepared mass to the pan and stir in the onion thoroughly.

  • Put the lid on and bake until the egg is lightly cooked, pale.

  • Flip the omelettes upside down.

  • Sprinkle with cheese and sprinkle the cheese with oregano.
