Cottage cheese scones.





Ingredients.

  • 2 cottage cheese (but in dry form, without curd) ~250g.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 3 tablespoons sugar.
  • ~6 tablespoons flour.
  • Sunflower Oil (For Baking)

  • Mix everything together into one mass. The mass must not be liquid.

  • Heat the oil in a pan.

  • Create scones, before forming scones hands can be "smeared" with flour so that the mass does not stick to the hands.

  • Scones on both sides bake golden brown, or as in the picture.
